AdsGod Privacy Policy
AdsGod ("we") is software that helps businesses measure and improve their advertising. It connects to a business's online store and ad accounts (for example Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising) with that business's permission. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who this applies to
- Our customers: businesses and agencies that sign up and connect their accounts.
- Their customers: people who buy from, or visit the websites of, businesses that use AdsGod. For this data, the business is the controller and we process it on its behalf.
What we collect
- Account data: names, work email addresses and organization details of people who sign in to AdsGod, handled through our sign-in provider.
- Advertising data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, settings and performance reports from ad accounts a customer connects, and the access tokens that let us read and, where the customer allows it, change them.
- Commerce data: orders, refunds, products, costs and inventory from a connected store.
- Website and conversion events: page views and purchases sent by the customer's website, including click identifiers and, where the shopper consented, hashed email addresses or phone numbers.
Email addresses and phone numbers are stored encrypted and separately from everything else; the rest of the system only sees an internal identifier. IP addresses are hashed before storage.
How we use it
- To calculate a business's profit from advertising, measure what its ads actually caused, and recommend or (only when the business allows it) apply changes to budgets, bids and creatives.
- To send conversion signals to the ad platforms the business connected, only for people who gave advertising consent.
- To run, secure and bill for the service.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one business's data to target another business's customers. Aggregated statistics across businesses are used only when a business opts in, and never include personal data.
Who we share it with
- The ad platforms and stores a customer connects, as needed to do what the customer asked.
- Service providers that host and run AdsGod (cloud hosting, database, workflow, sign-in, payments and AI model providers), under contracts that limit them to providing that service. AI providers never receive email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Data from Meta and Google
Data we receive through Meta's and Google's APIs is used only to provide AdsGod to the business that connected the account, is not sold or transferred to data brokers, and is deleted when the business disconnects the account or asks us to delete it. Our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- Raw incoming payloads: 30 days.
- Website events: up to 90 days; purchase and conversion events: up to 25 months.
- Contact details: while the business's customer relationship is active, plus up to 24 months.
- Account and billing records: as long as the account exists and the law requires.
Deleting your data
If you use AdsGod through Facebook Login or another platform: remove AdsGod from your connected apps (on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations), then email us at hello@indigosolutionsnyc.us with the subject "Delete my data". We delete the access tokens immediately and all related data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
If you are a shopper of a business that uses AdsGod: contact that business, or email us and we will forward the request. We delete your contact details, remove you from any advertising audiences, and detach your purchases from you within 30 days.
If you are a customer business: you can disconnect any account in Settings at any time, and ask us to close your workspace and delete its data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how it is used. Email hello@indigosolutionsnyc.us; we answer within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access tokens and contact details are encrypted with separate keys, each business's data is isolated at the database level, and every change AdsGod makes to an ad account is logged.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes, and tell customers by email about material changes.
